Granulated Allulose
2 tsp
Honey Substitute - Sugar Free - Vegan
2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp
Soy sauce, low sodium
3 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Ginger, ground
1 tsp
Coriander Seed Ground Dried
1 tsp
Chili Flakes
1 tsp
Scallions or spring onions, tops and bulb, raw

Step 1
Add the ribs to your instant pot and cover with water. Set cooking time to 30 minutes and cook until tender. Alternatively, cook over the stovetop for 1 hour.Step 2
In the meantime, prepare the glaze. Add the allulose and Keto honey to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until the sweetener dissolves and reaches an amber color. Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine thoroughly.Step 3
Stir in the garlic powder, ginger powder, ground coriander, and chili flakes. Take the glaze off the heat and set aside.Step 4
Preheat your oven to 200C/400F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drain the ribs and place them on the lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes to dry the ribs slightly.Step 5
Using a brush, spread the glaze on top of the ribs. Bake for 5 minutes, then flip the ribs and glaze the other side. Bake for another 5 minutes.Step 6
Take the ribs out of the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with sliced scallions. Pour the remaining glaze into a bowl and serve it alongside the ribs.
