Easy Keto Spicy Ground Turkey with Cauliflower

You can have this fantastic meal served completely fuss-free in about 35 minutes (and you don't need any special cooking skills as the recipe is quite simple to prepare). The recipe is loaded with fats, proteins, and fiber, making it among the best easy Keto dinners you can prepare during the busy week. You can adjust the amount of hot sauce and cayenne according to your taste or add some other herbs and spices of your choice. Serve the prepared dish with some freshly chopped cilantro and lime wedges. Enjoy!

How do you substitute turkey in this recipe?

You can substitute the ground turkey with the same amount of ground chicken or beef (you will need to adjust the cooking time for the ground beef slightly). You can also cut the chicken or turkey breast into bite-sized pieces and use them instead of the ground turkey. You will also need to adjust the cooking time according to the type of meat you use.

How do you customize this recipe?

As mentioned above, the easiest way to customize this recipe is to use some other type of meat. You can also swap the cauliflower for some other veggies of choice (such as broccoli, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, zucchinis, eggplants, or peppers). Any type of your preferred low-carb veggies would work perfectly for this recipe. You can adjust the amount of cayenne and hot sauce (or omit them completely) and add some other herbs and spices.

How do you store the leftovers?

Store the leftovers in airtight containers and refrigerate for a few days. Gently reheat on the stovetop when ready to serve.

Does this meal freeze well?

Yes! You can freeze the leftovers for a few weeks in an airtight container. Gently thaw on the stovetop or your microwave when ready to serve.

I really enjoyed this meal! I didn’t add as much Sirachi.
