How to make Keto Mojito popsicles?
As mentioned above, these popsicles combine traditional mojito ingredients – lime juice, rum, mint, some water, and sweetener. We used granulated allulose for this one, but you can substitute it with your favorite sweetener. Then all you have to do is pour the mixture into your popsicle tray and freeze for about three hours.
Can I customize these keto popsicles?
Absolutely! You can adjust the amount of rum according to your taste, add more or less lime juice, and adjust the amount of sweetener.

Finely chop the mint. Add the water, sweetener, lime juice, rum, and mint to a blender. Blend at high speed until thoroughly combined.Step 2
Taste and optionally add more sweetener. Pour the mixture into a popsicle tray. Freeze for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).Step 3
Serve the popsicles ice cold. Store the leftovers in the freezer. Enjoy!
