Romaine Lettuce

Tuna Fish
4 ounce
Tahini
1 teaspoon
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 teaspoon
Scallions
1 medium - 4 1/8" long
Water
1 teaspoon
Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon, whole pieces
Cilantro
1 teaspoon, chopped
Salt, Sea Salt

Step 1
Add the sesame seeds to a dry skillet over a low heat. Toast gently for 2-3 minutes until golden.Step 2
Add the tahini, lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, water, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth.Step 3
Thinly slice the scallion and add to a bowl along with the tuna. Mix together until well combined and the tuna is evenly coated in the dressing.Step 4
Divide the tuna mixture evenly between the lettuce cups and scatter with the sesame seeds and fresh cilantro to serve.
