Almond Butter
½ cup
Finely Ground Almond Meal Flour by Bob's Red Mill
¾ cup
Flaked Almonds by Waitrose
1-½ ounce
Pecans
½ cup, halves
Walnuts
½ cup, shelled
Ground Flax Seeds
0 x 1/4 cup
Organic Coconut Oil
¼ cup
100% Cacao Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Baking Chips by Pacha
¼ cup

Step 1
Line a small shallow dish or mould (approx. 7 x 4 inches) with baking paper.Step 2
Add the ground almonds, flax, walnuts, pecans, chocolate, half the flaked almonds and salt to a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.Step 3
Add the coconut oil, xylitol and almond butter to a food processor and blend to form a completely smooth liquid.Step 4
Pour the liquid mixture over the nut mixture and stir well to combine.Step 5
Spoon the mixture evenly into the lined mould and scatter over the remaining flaked almonds, pressing down gently.Step 6
Transfer to the freezer to set for 1-2 hours until firm.Step 7
Once set, slice into 12 squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge
