Make the guacamole by smashing the avocado with a fork in a bowl. Then, mix in the olive oil, lime juice, salt, onion powder, red pepper, and chopped cilantro.Step 2
Cut the ends off 2 stalks of celery. Slice both pieces in half, so you have 4 pieces of celery total. Fill each piece of celery with the guacamole, or you can simply scoop the guacamole with the celery sticks.
