Spicy Keto Turkey with Mushrooms and Peppers
This lovely dish is one of those quick and easy Keto meals you can prepare in just 30 minutes, completely fuss-free. This fantastic Keto turkey with mushrooms and peppers can be served over some lettuce or with your favorite low-carb sides, such as fried cauliflower rice. We added two teaspoons of sriracha sauce to this meal for a unique spicy flavor you will love, but you can adjust the amount of sriracha according to your taste or omit it altogether. If you're sensitive to gluten, replace the soy sauce with the same amount of tamari (most brands contain little or no wheat, so remember to double-check the labels), In any case, this is a delicious and filling quick Keto lunch for the entire family! Enjoy!
How to substitute turkey breast in this recipe?
You can use the same amount of chicken breast or thighs for equally delicious results. Adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Serving suggestions
As mentioned above, you can serve this lovely dish over some fried cauliflower rice. It also pairs perfectly with mashed cauliflower, a slice of lightly toasted Keto bread, or low-carb veggies.

Great tasting meal we cut back on the chili sauce and it was still plenty hot enough for us. Definitely a keeper 👍
