Keto Chinese Dried Tofu and Celery
A classic side dish at Chinese restaurants and dim sum places is actually very easy to make at home with a few ingredients. The key is to slice the tofu and celery into the same sized strips for the most authentic eating experience.

I was skeptic but it’s delicious

Mmm! I had my doubts about how good this would be, even though I had to improvise. I used regular firm tofu (but pressed), toasted sesame oil, goachang seasoning, and forgot the garlic. Still amazing.

I’m not a huge tofu eater, but I’d be willing to give this a whirl. I might also add ginger in with the garlic. Is that tofu available at most regular supermarkets? (Or where can one usually find it?)
