Keto Easy Egg Fast Coffee
You will love this simple Keto egg fast coffee recipe! Strongly brewed coffee is blended with one raw egg. Since the Egg Fast diet requires one to eat one egg within 30 minutes of waking up, this recipe is the perfect way to get the first egg into your day. Adding an egg into coffee might sound strange. However, it adds a beautiful creaminess with no flavor. Ensure the coffee is piping hot (around 195 F to 205 F) as this will kill any bacteria in the egg. The recipe also includes butter which is so delicious in coffee and complies with Egg Fast rules!
Can I add any flavorings?
Yes, you can add some sugar-free syrups to the coffee on the Egg Fast diet as long as the total net carbs are <1 g.
At what temperature is salmonella in eggs cured?
The egg should reach 160 F. If you are concerned about salmonella. Feel free to take the temperature of the coffee with the egg blended into it. Briefly microwave the mixture until it hits 160 F.

I wasn't sure I would like this recipe but I do! I brewed 12oz of coffee instead of just 6oz. The butter and the egg blended very nicely together. Next time I will brew a stronger cup of coffee.

It does seem weird, but if you like it, I'll take your word for it. Personally, I think I'm too lazy to clean the blender today. Maybe. Thanks for the recommendation:)
