Radish

Step 1
Slice the avocado in half, lengthways and remove the stone.Step 2
Finely dice the radish and add to a mixing bowl, along with the mayonnaise and mustard. Stir well to combine.Step 3
Roughly shred the chicken and add to the mixing bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.Step 4
To serve, divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two avocado halves.

Instead chicken I used tuna fish . Delicious!!!
