Step 1
Whisk together the egg, cream, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture in a wide skillet and heat on a medium-low heat. Slowly stir with a spatula as the egg cooked until it is scrambled (low and slow is best). Set the cooked egg aside in a bowl and return the pan to the stove.Step 2
Chop the bacon and cube the steak into small bite-sized pieces. Toss these in the skillet with the remaining seasonings.Step 3
Heat the pan over a medium-high heat, occasionally tossing until the bacon and steak are both crispy and golden brown.Step 4
Turn the heat down as low as possible and return the scrambled egg to the skillet. Break up and stir until the egg heats back through.Step 5
Serve right away! This dish was garnished with chopped parsley and a little hot sauce.
