These easy Keto 5-ingredient tortilla chips will become one of your favorite snacks you can prepare in just 25 minutes. This recipe is a perfect Keto-friendly twist to regular nacho chips and is entirely effortless to prepare. The dough is based on shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and some xanthan gum to combine the ingredients. We added a pinch of cayenne for some extra kick, but that's optional (you can omit the cayenne completely or add more). Adjust the amount of salt according to taste, or add some other herbs or spices of your choice. Store these Keto tortilla chips in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days.

Shred the mozzarella cheese. Add the almond flour, xanthan gum, cayenne pepper, salt, and mozzarella to a bowl. Mix well to combine.Step 2
Microwave for 90 seconds or until the cheese has completely melted. Lightly grease your hands and knead the mixture into a ball. If the mixture is too thick, microwave for another 30 seconds.Step 3
Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll the dough out until approximately 1/6 cm thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into tortilla chips.Step 4
Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake the prepared chips for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.Step 5
Serve immediately or store for later. These chips pair perfectly with your favorite salsa, Keto-friendly dip, or low-carb salad. Enjoy!
