This low carb slaw is packed with raw Brussels sprouts, crunchy red and white cabbage and coated in a zesty tahini and sesame dressing.
This is a great side dish to lamb, chicken or pork.

Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts, Raw
5 sprout
Scallions
2 medium - 4 1/8" long
Sesame Seeds, Hulled, Toasted, Unsalted
2 teaspoon, whole pieces
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Tahini
1 teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove
Red Cabbage
½ cup
Cabbage, Green, Raw
½ cup
Lemon Juice, Fresh
½ tablespoon

Step 1
Slice the bases off the Brussels sprouts, remove the outer leaves and discard. Very thinly slice the sprouts and cabbage and add to a large bowl.Step 2
Slice the scallions and add to the bowl, tossing everything together to combine.Step 3
Crush the garlic and add to a mixing bowl along with the olive oil, sesame oil, tahini and lemon juice. Mix well to combine.Step 4
Drizzle the dressing over the slaw and massage into the vegetables.Step 5
Scatter over the sesame seeds and loosely stir through to combine.
