Very nice. I will definitely make this again I did find it a little lacking in sweetness so will increase the maple syrup or add a little sweetener but apart from that it was a big hit with myself and hubby

Tastes fantastic! But, was very watery with the recommended measurements. I added an extra tablespoonish of chia seeds for a thicker pudding.

This was absolutely delicious! I added a little confectioners swerve to the whipped cream for sweetness, and I garnished with a small sliced strawberry. I’m usually not a huge fan of chia pudding, but this one was definitely a hit. I will be making it again. :) That being said, I can’t finish a whole serving in one sitting.

I love anything mocha and this fit into my low carb eating plan. It is very good and tasty. I added some extra chia to give it more thickness for the final product. I am going to continue making this so easy and tasty too!

Delicious! I meal prep, so I make enough for the next 4 days, and have 1 for breakfast, each morning. I also added 1tsp vanilla, it is strong tasting, but when mixed with whip cream it's perfect, nice and creamy! sooo good!

There are two liquid 1/2 cups that go in so my guess would be 1/2 cup would be1 serving. 2 x 1/2 (total liquid) = 1 Cup / 2 Total liquid divided by total servings) = 1/2 Cup per serving.

Really good recipe, except too strong for my taste, so I added more almond milk, syrup and chia seeds. Adjusted my macros. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I really love chia seed pudding and never tried a coffee chocolate one! This will probably be my favorite from now on.
