Are berries Keto?

While fruits are high in natural sugars and aren’t always ideal for a Low Carb diet, berries can be incorporated in moderation. Strawberries and blueberries are low in net carbs and high in fiber. This recipe has a small portion of each, adding some natural sweetness and freshness.

How to customize this recipe?

A Keto diet for beginners should be as flexible and forgiving as possible. In place of almond milk, you can use other low-carb plant-based milk types like coconut milk, cashew milk, and flaxseed milk. You can even swap half the milk for heavy cream to increase the fat content. For the berries, you can swap the strawberries and blueberries for raspberries or blackberries.
