    Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and transfer them to a bowl. Season with ½ tbsp of cajun seasoning and 1/8 tsp each of salt and pepper. Toss until coated.

      I added too much seasoning! Put a spoonful of Sour cream on top.
