Keto Tuna Handrolls

18 ratings

These tuna handrolls make a tasty and filling lunch. The seaweed provides a delicious salty and nutritious wrapper for the tuna. You can mix up the vegetables that are mixed in, but celery, radishes and green onions make for great crunch and texture. Try these for your next lunch!

This was good! Great flavor. I added too much mayo so it was runny. Next time I'll make sure to add just enough. Also, I think next time I'll cut one sheet of nori in half. I found it to be too much. And possibly lighting toasting might help the chewiness at the folds.

Highly inventive and quite tasty. I'd make these even if I weren't in Keto. Kudos!

YUM, as a sushi lover I really thought I’d be missing out on keto, can’t believe how good of a substitute this is. Recommend lightly toasting the nori before using them, they can be chewy when folded otherwise!

Tasted like tuna salad wrapped in Nori, I wish I would've added more radishes though... they really make the dish!

Try big pieces of lettuce or raw collard green leaves! Hope you enjoy.

This is very good. I used Costco roasted seaweed snack instead of nori.
