Keto 3 Ingredient Smoky Cheese Chips
This deliciously simple Keto snack recipe is made with just 3 ingredients and one pantry staple. Our low carb chips are prepared with shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan, smoky paprika and a hint of black pepper. Once combined, the ingredients are simply oven-baked and cooled to form perfectly crunchy chips.
Can I Use Different Seasonings?
We have seasoned our cheesy Keto chips with a touch of black pepper and smoked paprika. You can easily change up the seasonings however, to suit your personal tastes by adding different herbs and spices. You could add dried Italian seasoning to complement the Italian cheeses or even some chili powder for a spicy chip. Please be sure to adjust your macros accordingly to account for any changes made to the original recipe.
Serving Suggestions
These crispy low carb chips make a tasty sharing snack. They are also ideal for packed lunches. The chips are tasty on their own but also delicious accompanied by your favorite low carb dips. Perfect with sour cream or a low carb tomato salsa.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large shallow oven tray with baking paper. Add the mozzarella, parmesan, paprika and pepper to a mixing bowl. You may add salt if desired. Mix well to combine.Step 2
Take a heaped teaspoon of the mixture and create a small mound on the lined oven tray. Repeat this with the remaining mixture, creating 12 small mounds of cheese across the tray. You need to leave a gap of roughly two inches between each mound as the cheese will spread. Press each mound down a little with your hand.Step 3
Transfer the tray to the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the chips are golden all over and browning a little at the edges. Allow the chips to cool and firm for a few minutes before serving.
