This is my sweet tooth go-to recipe. I only use 1T Lakanto Monk fruit for sweetener. When done, i divide the mug cake in 1/2 and save the other 1/2 for next day. I then warm up 2T of frozen mixed berries or raspberries for 1min in micro to a coulis consistency and top it on the cake serving I just portioned. Sweet, simple and guilt free pleasure.

Can this be baked? We don't have a microwave and don't want one. Thanks!

So good, I used monk fruit sugar replacement as that is what I had on hand. Definitely worth it and a yummy treat :)

Whoa. Wow! Absolutely not what I expected and I loved it needed to get some more calories in today and thought. Keto Cake! I will make sure I reserve some calories each week for this tasty recipe. I also based on reviews below only used a vit less than 2 tbsp of sugar alternative. It was plenty sweet enough. The texture is like a inside out Moulton cake. Fantastic!

This is so good it's insane!! I only used 3tbsp of swerve and next time I'll do only 2. I also didn't have the baker's chocolate and used dark chocolate lilly chips and it still worked great

This is so yummy. Very rich and filling, next time i might try making with half the ingredients and cooking for half the time, definitely one of my favourites. I also used 2 tablespoons of xylitol instead of swerve and used standard dark no added sugar chocolate and 100% cocoa powder instead of the Hersheys one.

Delicious! Great if you need a chocolate fix. I put 1/8 tsp cayenne to enhance the flavour. Second time i made it I cut back on chocolate by 1/2. Was still chocolatey, but less bitter

This is so good. I have tried other mug cake recipes and this one is at the top of my list! I did not have the icing sugar replacement. Used 1 T of splenda

I made it, I ate it, I loved it. Net carbs of 5 , not bad at all. 23.2 net carbs for a diabetic. 😢 I seen it to late. I can’t believe I ate the whole thing. Lesson learned.😂 I have now checked my 1&2 hour post prandial glucose and they were 83 and 77 respectively. Been on this diet about 3 weeks now to lower my post meal blood sugars. It’s working better than I expected. I will definitely come off my metformin after my next Dr visit. My pre and post meal 7 day average glucose reading is down to 89.🎉🎉🎉🎉That is all.

Pretty darn good. I liked it cooked a bit more, 1:15 on 1100w microwave. Let it cool for a few so it actually turns into cake, not hot mousse, add a shot of heavy whipping cream. Boom!

Way to heavy on chocolate and Swerve leaves a funny after taste in your mouth for awhile. Be sure to split 1 serving between 2 people. Very rich.
