Tamari Sauce
1 tablespoon
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove
Olive Oil

White Onion

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a low/medium heat. Thinly slice the onion and garlic and add to the skillet, sweating gently until tender.Step 2
Add the ground pork and increase the heat to medium/high. Cook through until browned all over.Step 3
Add the sesame oil and tamari and cook for 2-3 minutes more until the pork and onions are golden and crisp at the edges.Step 4
Divide the pork between the four lettuce leaves to serve.
