Red Cabbage
1 cup, chopped
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar

Fennel Bulb, Raw
½ cup, sliced
Walnuts
¼ cup, chopped
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper

Reduced Sugar Craisin Dried Cranberries by Ocean Spray

Step 1
Finely slice the cabbage and fennel and add to a mixing bowl. Finely chop the cranberries and walnuts and add to the chopped vegetables, tossing to combine.Step 2
Add the cream and mayo to another bowl along with the vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.Step 3
Stir the dressing into the vegetable mixture, coating everything well in creamy mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
