These keto lamb chops are rich with creamy brie, crunchy walnuts and aromatic rosemary.

These are a great option served alongside a simple side salad or a portion of steamed green vegetables.

Very tasty, will chop nuts and rosemary finer next time for a better coating!

Delicious but not worth it. The serving is SUPER small + you still need "a something else" to go with it to feel full. AND lamb is not exactly cheap...so while it is decadent...it's not budget or fasting friendly...especially if eaten for dinner, and I'm expected to not eat again for another 12hours? hard pass!

I'm thinking of using pork chops instead of lamb.

I never eat more than one lamb chop, so this was very filling for me. This is actually a diet. This is not continuing to eat what you’re used to eating.

Is this only 1 chop as a serving?

Unless you like it very very rare, strongly suggest. Browning in pan and then Finishing cooking in 400 degree oven. Then adding toppings. Also let the lamb rest for a few minutes before serving.
