Green Beans (string Beans), Raw
5 ounce
Cherry Tomato
4 cherry
Mushrooms
2 medium
Garlic
1 clove
Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon
White Onion
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper

Step 1
Add the green beans to a small saucepan of boiling water. Add a little pinch of salt and simmer for 3-4 minutes until fork tender. Drain completely and steam dry.Step 2
Whilst the beans are simmering, crush the garlic, finely dice the tomatoes and thinly slice the mushrooms. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to combine and sweat gently for 2-3 minutes until tender and fragrant.Step 3
Add the green beans to the skillet, season with a little salt and pepper and stir well. Cook for a minute or two more until hot through.
