Keto Beef Ravioli

This fantastic beef ravioli is one of our favorite Keto Italian recipes. It's effortless to prepare and tastes just like the traditional ravioli. Creamy beef filling is seasoned with some Italian herbs and spices and then combined with low-carb marinara and spinach for a fantastic and filling dinner you can prepare for the entire family. You can adjust the amount of seasoning according to your taste or add some other fresh or dried herbs to the meat mixture (fresh basil and a pinch of chives would work perfectly). This lovely dish is prepared in about 35 minutes and is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. Serve your Keto beef ravioli with some more low-carb marinara and a handful of shredded parmesan. Enjoy!

Can you customize this recipe?

This recipe can easily be customized to satisfy everybody's taste. You can use some other type of cheese (such as mozzarella, gouda, edam, or cheddar). You can cut the cheese into rounds for a different ravioli shape. As for the filling, you can adjust the amount of herbs and spices according to your taste. As mentioned above, you can add some other fresh or dried herbs or even a few drops of hot sauce. You can use some other type of meat (such as pork) and add a little extra cheese to the filling (crumbled feta would pair perfectly with meat). Whatever you decide, remember to log the ingredients separately to stay within your daily carb limits.

Can I prepare this dish in advance?

Absolutely! Absolutely! You can prepare your ravioli in advance, store them in an air-tight container, and refrigerate for a few days. Gently reheat in the oven or microwave when ready to serve. You can also freeze the ravioli for a few months.

Serving suggestions

You can serve this lovely Italian dish with some fresh or grilled veggies, your favorite salad greens, or a dollop of Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
