How can you customize this Keto recipe?
When preparing Keto 3-ingredient recipes, every component matters. Using high-quality, flavorful ingredients is the way to go. You can use your preferred brand of salsa as long as it is Keto-friendly. Feel free to swap it for spinach, sauteed veggies, fresh herbs, or cooked meat. As for the cheese, you can replace the Mexican blend with freshly grated parmesan, fresh mozzarella, or cheddar. If you're not restricting yourself to 3 ingredients, you can load this omelet with avocado, jalapeno, fresh herbs, or whichever components you prefer.
Is salsa Keto?
Generally, salsa is a Keto-friendly food, especially if it is homemade. It is naturally low in carbs, making it perfect for this 3-ingredient Keto omelette recipe. Pay attention to nutrition labels, as many brands add unnecessary sugars and preservatives to their salsas, making them higher in carbs.
