It's also high in fats and protein that will help you start your day as best as possible. It's also very filling and will keep you satisfied until lunch. This lovely Keto breakfast recipe has only 5g of net carbs per serving and will help you stay within your daily carb limits. We briefly fried the pepperoni before adding the egg mixture to keep the flavors inside the pan, but that's optional, and you can add them with the peppers and tomatoes to save some time. Although it's one of our breakfast recipes, this fantastic skillet pizza can be enjoyed as a beautiful lunch or a quick dinner. Serve while everything is fresh and warm. Enjoy!

You can customize this recipe by adding some other pizza toppings, such as sausage, smoked salmon, olives, or onions. You can omit the pepperoni for a vegetarian version, and the pizza will still taste great. You can also add a little extra cheese or adjust the seasoning according to your taste (replacing oregano with some other dried herbs is a fantastic idea). Just remember to log the ingredients separately to stay within your carb limits.

Step 1
Slice the mushrooms. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.Step 2
Remove the mushrooms from the pan. Add the sliced pepperoni to the pan and cook for 30 seconds on each side. Remove from the pan.Step 3
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the salt and dried oregano. Whisk well to combine. Optionally, add a pinch of black pepper or cayenne.Step 4
Slice the bell pepper. Slice the cherry tomatoes. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and add the tomatoes and peppers. Cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 minutes over medium-low heat.Step 5
Shred the mozzarella cheese. Add the prepared mushrooms to the pan and top everything with pepperoni. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Cover with a lid and cook for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts.Step 6
When done, remove the skillet from the heat. Optionally, sprinkle everything with some more salt, black pepper, or dried oregano. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
