Ingredients
Ham Slices
4 medium slice - 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" - each 0.75 ounce
Dill Pickles
4 small - approx 2" long
Mayonnaise
4 teaspoon
Red Onion
1 teaspoon, sliced
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
Red Cabbage
¼ cup, chopped
Cabbage, Green, Raw
¼ cup, chopped
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Finely slice the cabbage and add to a mixing bowl along with the onion, 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.Step 2
Divide the slaw mixture evenly between the four slices of ham, creating a strip close to the edge.Step 3
Spread the remaining mayonnaise over the uncovered ham.Step 4
Slice the dill pickles in half and arrange on top of the ham slices.Step 5
Roll the ham up around the filling so that the edges overlap and you have a tight tube. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
