Keto Feta Dip w/ Scallions and Lemon
This feta dip is the perfect combo of warm, creamy, tangy, and fragrant! Charred scallions are the star of this snack and are complemented with fresh squeezed lemon juice and a dash of garlic. Enjoy with Carb Manager Pita Chips, Cheese Crisps, Bacon Chips, or another favorite keto snack!

Scallions
1-½ ounce
Garlic
½ teaspoon
Feta Cheese

Cream Cheese

Warm Water
½ cup

⅛ teaspoon
Crushed Red Pepper by Simply Organic

Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 wedge - juice from one wedge or slice

Step 1
Heat the first amount of olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Chop and toss both green and white ends of scallions and the garlic in the hot oil.Step 2
After the onions gain a golden char, reduce the heat and continue to cook down the onions until they are soft and roasted - 4 or 5 minutes.Step 3
In a food processor, blend together the feta cheese, cream cheese, water, second amount of olive oil, salt, and red pepper. Blend until smooth.Step 4
Next, blend in the lemon juice as well as the roasted scallions with their garlic and oil. Blend again until smooth.Step 5
You may serve this feta dip warm or cooled with extra lemon wedges and chopped green scallions as garnishes.
