Cream Cheese Spread

Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto

Add the cream cheese, syrup, cocoa powder and vanilla to a bowl. Mix well to combine.Step 2
Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between 12 of the walnut halves and sandwich together with the remaining walnut halves to serve.

I wonder if you could just "toss" the walnuts in the mixture & bake, so it would be like "candied" walnuts? and, what it would do to the nutrition numbers... I might try it! just bake at 250 degrees?
