Step 1
Cook you bacon in a pan until both sides are crispy. Let the bacon cool before chopping into pieces. Set this aside for later.Step 2
Next, chop the chicken into small, bite sized pieces. Toss the chicken in a pan with salt, pepper, onion powder, oregano, and olive oil over high heat. Cook the chicken until the pieces are cooked through and the outside edges all have a char - about 7-8 minutes. Allow the cooked chicken to cool enough to combine in a bowl with your chopped bacon and set aside in the refrigerator to cool entirely through.Step 3
Chop THAWED frozen broccoli into small pieces. Stir together in a bowl with all the remaining ingredients. Set the bowl in your refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour along with the chicken.Step 4
To serve, stir the cold chicken and bacon together with the marinated broccoli salad.

I must say me and my girlfriend loved this meal! We now see the white winegar is what brings out the lemon flavor on the broccoli. It was delicious! I even had some left over to put a low carb wrap with a little cheese
