Keto Chermoula Baked Chicken Thighs
This Keto chicken recipe is packed with fats and flavor from our aromatic and spicy Chermoula sauce. Our simple Keto dinner recipe is prepared with skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs and basted with a flavorsome Chermoula sauce made with fresh herbs, dried spices, zesty lemon, garlic and olive oil. This tasty sauce is used to baste the chicken and is also served on the side as an additional relish.
Can I Use a Different Cut of Chicken?
We have used chicken thighs for our easy Keto dinner recipe. Chicken thighs are a great Keto-friendly option as they are a fattier cut of chicken and are naturally flavorful. If preferred, however, you may use an alternative skin-on, bone-in cut of chicken such as wings, drumsticks or breast. Please be sure to adjust your macros and cooking times to account for any alternative ingredients used.
What is Chermoula Sauce?
Chermoula is a spicy and fragrant dressing that originates from North Africa and can be used similarly to pesto. The sauce is rich in fats, fresh herbs and spices and can be used to both marinate and baste meats. You will find the Keto Chermoula sauce recipe needed for this dish in our sides section.

I've never heard of Chermoula, not seen it at the market. I can't make this recipe unless I know how to make the sauce.
