Raw Egg

Chives, Raw
1-½ tablespoon
Mushrooms
1 cup
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Cheddar Cheese
⅔ cup, grated
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil 8 muffin cups.Step 2
Dice the mushrooms into bite sized chunks. Heat the oil in a skillet over a low/medium heat and add the mushrooms. Cook for 7-8 minutes until tender and set aside to cool.Step 3
Whilst the mushrooms are cooling, finely chop the chives and add to a mixing bowl along with the eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Beat well to combine.Step 4
Add the cooled mushrooms to the bowl and stir well to combine.Step 5
Divide the mixture evenly between the 8 greased muffin cups and bake for 18 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on top.

Delicious! I made mine with green onions, diced ham, mushrooms and spinach. I like to change the ingredients so I won’t get bored with eating these. I make them all the time.
