  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Slice the cabbage into 8 wedges roughly 1/2 inch thick and 3 inches long. Sprinkle each cabbage wedge with a little salt and pepper, and drizzle over the olive oil. Rub the oil and seasonings into the cabbage wedges.

    Wrap each cabbage wedge with one strip of bacon. Slice the remaining bacon strips in half and wrap one half around each wedge. The wedges should be well wrapped with one and a half bacon slices each.

    Mix together the lakanto and balsamic. Brush the mixture into both sides of the bacon wrapped cabbage.
