Ground Pork
9 ounce
Mozzarella Cheese
1-½ ounce
Basil, Fresh
1 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Zucchini
1 medium
Tomato Paste
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon
White Onion
½ small
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the pork, cooking until browned all over. Thinly slice the onion and garlic and add to the skillet, cooking for a minute or two more to soften.Step 2
Add the tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook through for 2-3 minutes more.Step 3
Whilst the meat cooks, peel the zucchini discarding the skin. Peel the flesh into long wide ribbons then add to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for a minute until tender.Step 4
Tear in the mozzarella and basil leaves and stir through to melt the cheese. Serve hot.
