Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Slice the broccoli into florets of even sizes and arrange across a shallow oven tray. Thinly slice the garlic and scatter over the broccoli along with the lemon zest, salt and pepper. Drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice.Step 3
Transfer to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through until fork tender and golden at the edges.Step 4
