Keto 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Chip Fat Bombs

15 ratings

These 5 ingredient fat bombs are ultra-creamy, rich Keto fat bombs made with salted, roasted, natural peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla, sweetener, and chopped chocolate chips. The result is a light, but peanut buttery low carb fat bomb studded with pieces of chocolate chips. It almost is reminiscent of a peanut butter cookie dough. If you have a sweet tooth, this Keto fat bomb recipe is for you. With only 5 ingredients, this is an easy recipe you will use again.

What kind of chocolate should I use?

If you like dark chocolate that isn’t too bitter, sugar-free chocolate chips are a great option. If you want bitter chocolate, use a 90% dark chocolate broken into shards. All of the chocolate will get blended in the food processor, so break the dark chocolate into small enough pieces for the processor.

What do I use if I don’t have a food processor?

If you do not have a food processor, blend all the ingredients using a hand mixer, leaving the chocolate for last. Chop the chocolate by hand and fold it in once everything else is blended.

How do I portion the fat bombs?

I found using a cookie scoop is the best way to portion fat bombs. The size used for this recipe is a teaspoon-sized cookie scoop. They are inexpensive and come in handy for other Keto fat bomb recipes. It ensures each fat bomb is perfectly portioned for calorie counting.

I use single ingredient peanut butter: read the label. I look for peanuts and maybe salt - that’s it

I think the scoop must be a Tablespoon measure, not a teaspoon. I got 24 generous scoops from the recipe. I used half of the sugar.

Delicious, nice to have a treat such as this one. Used chunky peanut butter, helped add a little bit of texture. And used half the recommended sweetener. Yummm!!

Hi, I bought ingredients to make this recipe but am having a hard time finding a teaspoon size cookie scoop. Did you mean tbsp size? I just want to get it right for calorie counting. Please let me know, thank you!

I found the tsp scoop on Amazon. The first time I made them I used the cookie scoop I had it was obviously a tbs as I only got 24 from the batch

You could also use a kitchen scale and weigh each scoop to see which is the closest. The serving size says half and ounce so guessing tablespoon, but I haven't made them myself yet. Sounds like a great receipe, can't wait to try
