Keto Brazilian Cheese Bread
You will love our Keto Brazilian Cheese Bread recipe! Our Keto cheese bread is made using low carb pantry ingredients like shredded cheese, coconut flour, cream cheese, and egg whites. The shredded cheese and cream cheese are melted together. Then, egg whites and coconut flour are added to stiffen the dough. The dough is portioned into balls and baked until golden brown and puffy!
How long does this bread last?
Our Keto bread is best eaten immediately or at least the day of making. If stored in the refrigerator, it can last up to three days.
What is the best type of cheese to use?
Our recipe uses mozzarella cheese, but feel free to use any other shredded white cheese that melts easily, like Mexican Chihuahua cheese.

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 F. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper. If using parchment paper, spray the paper with an avocado oil-based non-stick cooking spray. In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, add shredded cheese and cream cheese. Melt in the microwave on HIGH for 40 seconds.Step 2
Give it a good stir. If it is not completely melted, add it back into the microwave for another 20-30 seconds. Stir again. Add raw egg white and coconut flour and stir well.Step 3
Allow the mixture to cool so it will thicken. Divide the dough using a 1 oz cookie scoop. Scoop into eight balls. If the dough doesn’t hold into a ball shape, you can pick up each ball and roll them in your hands. Bake for 13-14 minutes or until the bread is puffed and lightly browned. You should consume the bread immediately. If stored away, it will keep in the refrigerator for up to three days.

This is NOT Brazilian Cheese bread. It should have Tapioca flour, egg, parmesan, romano cheese. This is not a terrible recipe its just not a Brazilian Bread

Well of course it’s not an actual recipe for Brazilian bread. If it were true Brazilian bread, it would not be keto. This is an ALTERNATE recipe that someone can compare to Brazilian bread while staying under their carb goal😃
