Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the beef, cooking until browned all over.Step 2
Add the spices, stock and tomatoes and stir well to combine. Bring to a simmer, cooking until the liquid has reduced right down and the beef is cooked through.Step 3
