Preheat your oven to 400F/200C, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the mushrooms to a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden, mixing halfway through.Step 2
Mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley. Add the butter to a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it starts to turn a hazelnut brown. Remove from the heat, and add the garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.Step 3
Add the roasted mushrooms to the brown butter and garlic, and toss. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with more parsley. Serve immediately!
