Keto Tomato and Goats Cheese Side Salad
This flavorful Keto salad makes a delicious side, loaded with flavor and healthy fats. Our low carb salad recipe is prepared with juicy beefsteak tomato, sweet cherry tomatoes, tangy goats cheese, aromatic fresh basil, peppery arugula, and salty kalamata olives. This quick and easy side is perfect served alongside a Mediterranean-inspired main - ideal for summer dining.
Can I Use A Different Cheese?
We have used sharp and tangy goat cheese to complement the sweet fresh tomatoes in this Keto-friendly salad. If you would like to use an alternative cheese, you could swap the goat cheese for creamy mozzarella pearls or some crumbled feta cheese. These would both be delicious substitutions. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.
Serving Suggestions
