So good but I only put 1/2 beef broth in the recipe, perfect! Consistency in thickness , was very good.

Great tasting recipe. wife and son both liked it. Will definitely cook it again. lots of flavour. We had it on its own so next time will serve it on a bed of steamed cabbage (as suggested)

This is very tasty, but the gravy is way too thin. It’s like a runny soup without body. The flavor, however, is good enough to try again but I will try using egg yolk tempered in as thickener.

Adding just a teaspoon or two of arrowroot helps that but it doesn’t make for good leftover!

Even my hubby loves this! It’s our favorite keto recipe by far. I always double this recipe to have leftovers for the next day.

My mom and I are trying a meal plan for the first time together, my mom didn’t like the idea of a meal plan at first, however it changed her point of view after we had this dish. I’ve made this before and I loved it both times

This was a nice meal that my husband & I enjoyed for 2 nights. I used coconut oil for the first time, which we both hate coconut however, the flavor of coconut does not come through in taste. Love the sauce!!

My whole family loved this! I didn't use dill and I messed up the ingredients a bit. I put the nutmeg in the meatballs by mistake but was still amazing. I used dried minced onion instead of red onion. I never used the Knorrs pot stock before and I used all the cups not realizing "cup" meant one little pack. Needless to say it was very salty but still very tasty. We will definitely make these again soon and probably often.

I have been putting in some liver as well to amp up heme iron intake. Might try it with a pate too for more fat.

Super Good, nice change up from Italian balls which I make all the time. Next time I make it I will try to make the balls smaller. I ended up making 12 balls. I will leave out the Coconut oil next time as it over powered the flavors for me, but I'll admit this was the first time I've ever cooked with Coconut oil, I don't like it.

Try unflavored coconut oil ! It has great health benefits and none of the coconut taste ! I cook with it all the time. I use Carrington farms organic coconut cooking oil (unflavored) but I’m sure any coconut oil that’s unflavored will do :)

So a serving size is about 4.5 meatballs but you are only supposed to eat 1/2 a serving to get the carbs, protein and fat indicated at top of the recipe. Hardly seems worth it for 2 1/4 meatballs!

You can change it to 4 1/2 meatballs and the carbs, protein and fat will adjust accordingly.

Next time I’ll add 1/4 tsp allspice to the meat mixture and change red onion for white. Sauté 1/2 the onion first then add to meat mixture 15 minutes of cooling thickened the sauce nicely. Buy ground chuck:)
