Gherkin Pickles
1 ounce
Black Olives
½ ounce
Red Bell Pepper
1 oz, raw, yields
Turkey Slices
5-¾ ounce
Mozzarella Cheese
4-½ ounce
Salami
2 ounce
Cream Cheese
1-½ ounce

Step 1
Prepare the filling by thinly slicing the pickles and red bell pepper into 2-inch pieces. Slice the black olives if needed. Set these aside.Step 2
Lay out the turkey slices in layers as shown. These will be the outside of the pinwheels and need to be evenly layered together.Step 3
Lay the mozzarella slices down next, then the salami slices as shown.Step 4
Smear the cream cheese evenly across the salami slices. Then arrange the pickles, peppers, and olives in a strip down one side, length-wise, of the deli layers.Step 5
Roll everything together tightly. Then, slice into two-bite sized pieces. You can use toothpicks to secure the rolls. Enjoy!
