Raw Egg, White

Broccoli Frozen Unprepared
8 ounce

Black Pepper, Ground

Onion Powder
⅛ teaspoon
Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies by Red Gold

Swiss Cheese

Step 1
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on medium heat. Pour in the egg whites and slowly stir with a spatula until the egg whites are scrambled in chunky pieces. Set the cooked whites aside in a bowl for later.Step 2
Return the skillet to the stove. Roughly chop THAWED broccoli and mix with the olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and diced tomatoes and chilis.Step 3
Pour this mixture into the skillet and cook over medium-high heat. Occasionally toss with the spatula until the veggies are hot with golden brown char.Step 4
Turn the skillet heat down to low. Slice the swiss cheese and toss it in the skillet. Stir until the cheese has melted.Step 5
Finally, stir in the cooked egg whites, heating through until hot again. Serve immediately.
