Is BBQ Sauce Keto?
Store-bought BBQ sauce is often not Keto friendly as it typically contains large amounts of refined sugars as well as other additives and preservatives. However, it is super simple to prepare your own homemade Keto condiments, perfect to have on hand, and use in your low carb cooking throughout the week. As with everything, moderation is key but when used on occasion, you can enjoy our homemade BBQ sauce as part of a balanced Keto diet. As well as this spicy BBQ sauce you will find an array of Keto adapted classic sauces and dressings in our sides section.
How To Use Keto BBQ Sauce
BBQ sauce is a versatile staple to include in your Keto condiment stash. It makes a great sauce on its own, perfect slathered over BBQ meats such as burgers or sausages. It also makes a great marinade for slow-cooked meats such as pulled pork or beef brisket. Please be sure to adjust your macros accordingly to allow for any changes or adjustments made to the original recipe.
