This red pepper pesto uses classic pesto ingredients combined with roasted jarred bell peppers to create an aromatic dressing.

Roasted Red Peppers In Brine by Kroger

Step 1
Roughly chop the peppers and add to a food processor along with the basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan, lemon zest and salt. Pulse together to combine. Taste and season further if required.Step 2
Add the olive oil to the food processor.Step 3
Blend again until you have a pesto consistency. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use.
