Please note that the recipe takes about 20-25 minutes to prepare, and the total preparation time includes the time necessary for the panna cotta to cool in the fridge. You can serve this beautiful panna cotta directly from the bowls or ramekins, transfer it to serving plates and garnish it with some fresh berries or Keto-friendly jam for a breath-taking dessert that will impress everyone.
How to remove panna cotta from ramekins?
Gently insert a flat-bladed knife between the panna cotta and the ramekin to release the air. Invert onto a serving plate and carefully remove the ramekin. Once you have removed the panna cotta from its ramekin, you can garnish it with your favorite toppings.

Add ¼ cup of almond milk to a medium pot. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the milk and let it sit for 10 minutes. Do not stir the gelatin.Step 2
Now, gently heat the gelatin mixture over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until the gelatin has completely melted. Pour in the remaining almond milk, heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix well and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.Step 3
Remove from the heat and cool for 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to serving bowls, glasses, or ramekins. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.Step 4

Loved this recipe. I did swap out the Allulose for Swerve Confectioners Replacement and only used about 3 Tablespoons. It's a keeper for sure.
