12 olive
Food Cupboard Home Baking Almonds Ground by Sainsbury's
1 ounce
Sundried Tomatoes
2 piece
Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoon, grated
Butter
2 tablespoon
Oregano, Dried
2 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the Parmesan, ground almonds, oregano, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix together well to combine.Step 2
Melt the butter and add to the bowl, stirring to form a dough. Set aside.Step 3
Slice the sundried tomatoes into small chunks and stuff into the center of each olive.Step 4
Divide the dough evenly and mould tightly around each olive to form an even crust. Transfer to a shallow dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill the dough.Step 5
Preheat the oven 380 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 6
Arrange the dough wrapped olives across a shallow oven tray and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

I didn't make these. Agree with previous post that this is WAY too many carbs for 3 olives. If I try it I'll try to cut out the almond flour & just make "breading" with melted Parmesan & butter. Roll it out for a thin dough.

Can also try slicing up the sun-dried tomatoes and use a much smaller piece. Or stuff with a cheese.

A bit high in net carbs for 3 olives but looks great :(

Agree 100%. WAY too many carbs for 3 olives. Can roll out the dough between two pieces of waxed paper to double at least. Or try as I suggested above in my post w eliminating the flour & increasing the parmesian.
