Cooking the chicken thighs in the air fryer is a great way to guarantee a crisp, golden skin and makes a great alternative to barbecued meat. These Keto chicken thighs make a flavorsome dinner option the whole family can enjoy.

Great recipe .Marinated for 24 hrs .Used skinless boneless chicken thighs .Cooked in air fryer at 180°C.Luckily we reduced the time .Cooking time 20 min total 10 min each side ( Ninja airfryer). Oiled bottom tray only Checked at 18 min slightly pink inside , so we increased at 1 min intervals.Perfect flavour. Our chicken thighs were slightly smaller- hence reduced time .Would definitely- cook on a regular basis.Next time will add Asian side salad and PON onion bajij

Tasty if you double the salt and marinate for a full day at least

I really liked this, it was delicious. You can adjust the spices to your taste with practice. Using yoghurt to marinate is a game changer. I think the longer you can marinate the better, but this was very easy and delicious. I served this with cauliflower rice and chopped green pepper mixed up and microwaved.

Absolutely delicious!!! I did marinate mine for a day. I’d probably add a tad more salt but that’s just me.

It was good, not great but good. The chicken came out so tender and the skin was crispy but I did not like the spices. That’s just my personal preference.

I made it with chicken breast but only used yogurt and Italian seasoning or you can do package ranch dressing just don’t go to heavy on the seasoning

I found this to be very bland but the obvious culprit is a lack of proper marinating time. Going to make the remaining thighs after a half day and see how they fair.
