Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 F/ 200C and mince the garlic and ginger. To make the sauce, in a small saucepan, heat soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, golden syrup, garlic, and ginger on medium heat and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and allow the sauce to simmer, whisking occasionally, until the sauce is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat.Step 2
Roughly chop the bell pepper and broccoli into florets. Spread chicken and chopped veggies on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle half the sauce over the chicken and veggies (reserving the other half for later) and toss to combine.Step 3
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, and continue cooking until veggies are tender and chicken is cooked through.Step 4

I used G Hughes instead which I don't use often because of their sweeteners but in a pinch, they work. Gives you the chance to switch up one of their sauces. Note: This recipe is definitely NOT squeaky-clean keto but easily can be by simply using coconut aminos, fish sauce & ginger as the sauce. Rating as ONE STAR as I'd prefer recipes when posted here have links back to the other sauces that require you to make as part of the recipe & are listed as "ingredients"

I haven't made this yet. The Keto Golden Syrup... is there a recipe for that? I can't find one under that name.

Very good! Had this with cauliflower rice that had a couple tablespoons of the sauce mixed in.
