Avocado
5 ounce
Ham
2 medium slice - 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" - each 0.75 ounce
Swiss Cheese
2 slice- each 3/4 ounce
Mushrooms, Raw
1-½ ounce
Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper, Ground
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Slice a large avocado in half and remove the skin and pit. Place the halves down on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Use a knife to slice 3 slices through the halves, leaving the tops of the halves unsliced so you can fan out the slices.Step 2
Slice the ham and swiss cheese into 3 slices each, resulting in 6 slices ham and 6 slices cheese. Slice the mushrooms into 12-18 slices as well.Step 3
Each opening in the avocado halves should received 1 slice ham, 1 slice cheese, and 2-3 slices mushroom wedged in. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over each avocado half.Step 4
Baked the tray for 15 minutes straight. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before moving with a spatula.
